Phaahla Tlou IT Solutions (Pty) Ltd specialises with Software development, Its Head office is in Polokwane.
As part of growth strategy of the company, our company took initiative to associate with other key role players in the market, thus done to enhance the product type that we offer to the wider market and our clients. As part of growth strategy, BET Group was established.

Ally Moholola CA (SA): Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ally is a registered Chartered Accountant (SA) and has more than 13 years’ experience rendering accounting and audit services to clients in both the public and private sector.
Ally completed his SAICA articles with one of the BIG 4 companies, where he was promoted to be a manager. He has experience as Senior Manager for three years in Advisory and Audit.
Ally is a registered Tax Practitioner.
Ally has NQF Level 4 Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate (SAQA QUAL ID 59097), and the NQF Level 5 real estate qualification, National Certificate: Real Estate (SAQA QUAL ID 20188)
His 13-14 years’ experience in advisory includes preparation and review of reconciliations, financial statements and related disclosure schedules (irregular expenditure, commitments, fruitless expenditure).
He has a vast experience in Advisory, Internal and External Auditing in Higher Education, Mining, Manufacturing, Attorneys Trust, Telecommunication, Public Sector and other Private Sector.
As an Accredited Trainer, Ally is responsible for learning and development within the company. He will facilitate trainings to capacitate both Tshehlo Tlou employees and clients about accounting, taxation and relevant regulations and laws.
Ally has extensive knowledge in preparing and/or reviewing financial statements and cash flow forecast.
Ike Bogale: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Ike has more than 14 years experience in the field ICT specialising in Software Development. He has a background in the Consulting, Financial/Banking and IT industries.
Having worked in different industries, Ike brings a wealth experience in identifying the gap that need to be closed by analysing business requirements/problems and turning them into solutions.
His responsibility includes managing the entire IT in our organization and ensuring that quality work is delivered to our client always.
